Central heating, boiler repairs and maintenance
Choosing the right heating solution is imperative, especially for commercial property or large houses. If houses have more than one bathroom such as an en-suite, this needs to be taken into consideration both in terms of the boiler and the radiators.
We prefer to use good quality, performant boilers that are both robust and efficient. If our extensive experience has taught us anything, trying to save money on inferior products can cost you more in the long run, in terms of heating costs and maintenance.
Boiler replacement
If your boiler is beyond repair or you’re looking for an upgrade, Integration offer professional advice on the suitability of different types and models. In general, we recommend Vaillant or Worcester boilers but we can also provide guidance on cheaper solutions if required.
Boiler relocation
Moving a boiler to a different location in a property can better utilise the available space especially if it’s in a kitchen or bathroom. If you’re looking to move where your boiler is currently situated, give us a call as we’ll be able to advise on what work will be involved in its installation and the pipework required to your radiators and the mains gas supply.
Boiler Servicing
No matter how new your boiler is, we always recommend regular, annual checks by a qualified GAS SAFE engineer. Having your boiler serviced can provide you with peace of mind that your heating is not going to suddenly breakdown especially during colder months. Carbon monoxide (CO) detectors are a must for any property and a regular serviced boiler will minimise any risk.
When servicing a boiler Integration Builders can normally carry out any required remedial work on the same day. Where parts will need to be ordered, we’ll provide a quote and prioritise your job.
Power flushing is a method of cleaning a central heating by forcing water and a chemical solution through the pipes and radiators. Removing rust, sludge and dirt from a heating system can not only improve its efficiency but it can prolong the life of the boiler.
Radiators
Intergation Builders are able to replace and install new radiators or relocate existing ones to another part of the room. With an ever increasing choice of radiator types, styles and colours, we are also able to provide solutions to match your style and taste including vertical and column radiators.
Bathroom fitting
We offer a complete bathroom fitting service including design, removal of the old suite, fitting, plumbing, electrics, plastering and tiling. We can even move walls,doors and windows if required.
Whilst a lot of our work involves replacing an existing bath suite, we also work on other bathroom pojects such as building wet rooms, W.Cs, and en-suites. Our expertise also lends itself to providing our services for large commercial projects.
Found a bathroom suite you like? Great, we can fit, no problem. But, it’s always worth getting in touch first. We affiliate ourselves with suppliers of quality baths, sinks, showers, toilets, taps and other fittings and we may be able to source the same suite or something similar at a discounted rate.
Leaking pipes and emergency plumbers
There are a number of reasons a pipe can leak or burst. It can be caused by old, sagging pipes, damage from an accident or even extreme cold weather. Either way, the damage from a leaking pipe can cause damp and be expensive to fix if left too long.
